No sound, Fedora 18, MacBook Pro with Retina 13" (Late 2012)

I know this'll sound weird or stupid, but just curious 'cause I don't
have a MacBook at all: Have you operated previous versions of Fedora on
this system? If so, then archive this ALSA report you have now and
compare it against the report from the last version you used. There may
be something there that can help you with the configs on Fedora 18.

Also, check which version distribution of Fedora you're using. For
example, if you previously used Fedora 16 KDE and upgraded to Fedora 18
XFCE, that may also cause an unexpected side effect.
