[Fedora-legal-list] Please add the Fedora Directory Server license to wiki/Licensing

The Fedora Directory Server license is just GPLv2 (not or later) with 
the exception that any code that uses only the interfaces defined in the 
officially designated Interfaces file (slapi-plugin.h) distributed with 
Fedora Directory Server may use any license and be redistributed with 
Fedora Directory Server.  This allows people to redistribute Fedora 
Directory Server with proprietary plugin code.  This license was written 
and approved by Red Hat Legal.
