[Fedora-legal-list] Software of Sudanese origin in Fedora

Dear Legal,

I'd like to sponsor a new packager (CC'd) and help him get
his project [0] into Fedora.  He happens to be a Sudanese.
As Sudan appears to be a sanctioned country, I'd like to check
whether this is legally alright.
