Bootchart isnt in extras. It is written in Java and at one point didnt 
work with GCJ. Ironic since it was written for Fedora.  Not sure of its 
current status.

It would be nice to have it in extras, install it and get a chart by 
passing a boot option. Alternatively we can use systemtap (which is in 
core already) for this purpose.
