This is just a warning, but I will be updating the configs in .git later
for this.  With this change in pykickstart, you can now %include
fedora-base-desktop.ks and then still be able to change things in the
base kickstart commands section.  Which gives us pretty complete config
inheritance support.

This is a yum bug I fixed upstream on Friday, but Seth and I then
miscoordinated a little.  I've just built yum-3.2.3-3.fc8 into koji[1]
