The kernel definitely has only i586 and i686 support:

kernel-2.6.21-1.3194.fc7.i586.rpm
kernel-2.6.21-1.3194.fc7.i686.rpm
kernel-PAE-2.6.21-1.3194.fc7.i686.rpm
kernel-PAE-debug-2.6.21-1.3194.fc7.i686.rpm
kernel-PAE-debug-devel-2.6.21-1.3194.fc7.i686.rpm
kernel-PAE-devel-2.6.21-1.3194.fc7.i686.rpm
kernel-debug-2.6.21-1.3194.fc7.i686.rpm
kernel-debug-devel-2.6.21-1.3194.fc7.i686.rpm
kernel-devel-2.6.21-1.3194.fc7.i586.rpm
kernel-devel-2.6.21-1.3194.fc7.i686.rpm
kernel-doc-2.6.21-1.3194.fc7.noarch.rpm
kernel-headers-2.6.21-1.3194.fc7.i386.rpm
kernel-xen-2.6-doc-2.6.20-2925.9.fc7.noarch.rpm
kernel-xen-2.6.20-2925.9.fc7.i686.rpm
kernel-xen-devel-2.6.20-2925.9.fc7.i686.rpm

so you might want to specifically include the i586 flavors so you don't
get the i686 ones.

You also might want to try and specifically pick up the correct version
of glibc:

glibc-2.6-3.i386.rpm
glibc-2.6-3.i686.rpm
glibc-common-2.6-3.i386.rpm
glibc-devel-2.6-3.i386.rpm
glibc-headers-2.6-3.i386.rpm
