Varoon,

Your problem is related to the fact that the repository its trying to
connect to either doesn't exist or you have some network problem.  Check in
/etc/yum.repos.d and find the url you see above (it will be similar but not
exact) and try loading it in a web page.  If it doesn't work, you'll need to
fix the url to where it goes.

I don't know the exact fix you need, but it is related to connecting to the
url you're specifying.  Its possible to disable the repository.  use yum
--help for info on that.
