Hi Jeremy,
I got the same error message while using livecd-creator to create a live cd on fc7. I wonder if this issue has been fixed in fc7? llivecd-creator works fine in fc8.

No, the messages are misleading... I thought I had killed them off, but
apparently not. Patches accepted or I'll get there eventually :-)

Nothing I know of, but I also haven't had a chance to try it out on F8.
Are you running on an Fedora 8 host or building a Fedora 8 image? That
looks like a config just specifying a package which isn't there and so
it (correctly) failing
