Bruno, here are the patches to put mkbiarch into the trees for git
master and fedpkg.
Do you have any disagreement with committing these so that the larger
of the community can have access
to it. This will enable the larger community to participate in helping
improve it.

The first is the git branch upstream patch, it has mkbiarch.py
mkbiarch.8 manual page and
the Makefile patch needed to enable it.

The second file is a patch to the fedpkg tree to modify the spec file
to include mkbiarch as a file
in the %files section.

There is no version bump, no changelog entry and I think that is left
up to the committer, or if not
please advise.
