https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/abrt-2.0.2-5.fc15  - will land
on updates-testing this evening (or when the next nightly repo update
succeeds)

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/dracut-009-10.fc15 - same, the
status 'pending' suggests it is scheduled to be pushed, but hasn't yet.
This will land in 'updates-testing' (or 'stable') once the repos are
refreshed next.

In the meantime, you can always download packages directly from the
build system (koji) and update locally.

        # yum install koji
        # koji download-build abrt-2.0.2-5.fc15
        # koji download-build dracut-009-10.fc15 
        # yum update abrt*.rpm dracut*.rpm

If you encounter trouble with koji, there should be plenty of man pages
or online references.
