+1 on this.

Our deployment schedule for FI is at 
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Insight#Schedule. If someone would 
like to run with these packages adn get them made, reviewed, and on 
publictest and from there to staging by September 20, that would be 
awesome and I will love you forever. However, they are not on critical 
path for FI going live for F12.

(They probably will be for F13, though, because they will allow us to 
have an actual translation workflow.)
