Just did a prereview -- feeds looks like it will be a quick review.
Unless I totally missed something just now, I'll review and approve it
tomorrow.

pagemaster has another zikula module, FilterUtil, embedded in it so
someone needs to package that and we need to figure out if anything else
is needed to make pagemaster work with the split out module.  It could
be a rabbit hole or that might be all it needs.
