Unblocking pagemaster and filterutil module package reviews

Both of these packages should be ready for review.

I'll be the maintainer of these packages for now so that Toshio can 
proceed with the reviews. Rahul is, however, planning on stepping in 
later and re-taking maintainership from me. This is based on yesterday's 
Marketing meeting,

PS: We're almost done with packaging for the F12 Fedora Insight release 
- ezComments is waiting for Dustin Diaz to reply; 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=523343 (and 
https://fedorahosted.org/marketing-team/ticket/36) and I believe the 
other module we have left to tackle before launch is Something For 
WYSIWYG, and that some wonderful Docs people have already been doing 
this, but do not know who's doing that and what's up with it... if 
anyone reading this knows, can you ping me? Else I'll dig around the 
next chance I have to get a look at this.
