FI Zikula Short URL Update

Hey,
  I'm almost finnished my Short URL System. I will integrate it today if 
everyone is happy with the structure of '/day/month/year/<id>-<title>' I 
think it is very Search Engine Optimized and Easy for most people to 
understand.
  If everyone is happy I will integrate it to the PT1 instance of Zikula 
later on today (26/01/2010).
