New publictest6 instance

I've created a new site (using the RPM package currently under review)
at: http://publictest6.fedoraproject.org/drupal6

However, no one will be able to log in right now, because we need a
new FakeFAS instance. I didn't realize it had been evaporated. It's
not safe to authenticate to publictest boxes using real FAS
credentials, so I've disabled the authentication module until a
FakeFAS is available.

Smooge, how much work is it to install a FakeFAS? Should I just give it a go?
