Successful upgrades to Flexifilter!

I got the Flexifilter for Fedora Mediawiki Text to do the following:

* Produce footnotes to match <ref>...</ref> entries in imported wiki text.
* Generate page anchors for {{Anchor|...}} links.

Processing the entire FWN issue at one time, in one content node, is
very time-consuming (and probably a memory hog). However, for a single
beat per content node it should be super-efficient.

Pascal, when you get a chance could you give it a try and let me know
what you find lacking still? (I'm guessing that bullet lists are among
the TODO's.)
