License field in drupal6-* contrib modules

One of the Bugzilla commenters correctly pointed out that the License:
field for Drupal6 modules should read "GPLv2+" instead of "GPLv2":

Please correct this in your spec files.  It is *not* necessary for you
to rebuild and push updates for this change alone.  You should,
however, change it in all your spec files, increment the Release
field, *and* include a %changelog entry showing the License field
change.
