Hi Andrea, it's good to meet you.  The basics of our setup are
documented on our wiki page:

We are finishing up some packaging efforts that should allow us to get
FWN to start publishing on Insight -- and we can make the instance
"official" (move to production) when our theming is complete.

Peter Borsa is working on some of the code features; Jef van Schendel
is working on themes.  Both are subscribed here and I would invite you
to ask questions or tell us what part of the system you feel most
comfortable working with.  Are you comfortable with Drupal
development?  Or are you interested in working on some other aspect of
the system?
