After looking at the template content a little more, I think it's a
better idea for us to simply get this package into the infrastructure
repo. Although small parts of the design might be useful to other
people (and are readily avaialble at git.fedorahosted.org), it's not
really suitable for installation anywhere outside Fedora as-is, unlike
the other modules and themes we've worked on.
