[Insight] Jammed up, can someone sub as meeting lead?

I am jammed up today on $DAYJOB and will likely not be able to break
free for the Insight meeting.  Can I ask one of you to lead the
meeting today at 2000 UTC (4pm ET), and clearly indicate any #info or
#action stuff where you need help?
