[Insight] MediaWiki API status.

Hey!

As you know, we would like to use this module to replace Flexifilter
module. I created an issue, we would like to maintain it on
drupal.org.(1)
As you can see, there aren't any responses for two weeks(2), that's
why I've created a sandbox project.(3) So, there is a sandbox project
which might replace old MediaWiki API module.
If you want to be a co-maintainer drop me an email, I will add you.
