lxde app missing title bars

The apps in my lxde seem to be missing the title bars.

In this state they cannot be moved , nothing appears in the window-list.
everything that is opened is stuck top-left corner.


Box has been updated from F14-Lxde to F16 LXDE
Last week.

Started happening this morning,
after updateing iirc.


"yum install @xfce-desktop"
Installed xfce to use screenshooter.
