[fedora-my] FUDCon APAC is now open for bidding

we'll have time to look for better venues too probably .. the date
might need to be reviewed i guess, as I am not sure when the Fedora
Project Leader want the next FUDCon APAC to be.

there seems to be some disagreement on doing it at johor by some ppl
.. so like i said again, please please please, debate the venue :)
