Check for Digital and UMobile. Can look for agent in Lowyat forums. People are always looking for agents and sales opportunities.
Another is to ring up the telco directly and ask them to send a team.

Can you do the following checks as well:
a) Are the 3G/4G signals strong in the building?
b) Can we arrange for 3G/4G pre-paid data-only SIMs to be made available
for sale to those who want it? Perhaps contacting a telco might be
helpful. I know I'd want a data-only SIM.
