My 2c:
London time is one hour behind Central European time, which makes it
one hour later for all the folks on the continent, like yours truly.

So my vote goes for:
18:00 UTC
01:00 Eastern Australia
11:00 Eastern U.S.
10:00 Central U.S.
8:00 Western U.S.
16:00 London
