FedoraLibraries: ISSN Registration

The ISSN sounds like you'd want to use it, but it is generally applied to
items where the title is the same, but the contents are completely different
each month, like Red Hat Magazine for example.

It's common practice for software to use an ISBN for software, even when it
revises rapidly, since the versions are considered revisions against the
initial core. You can use them in combination, of course. There is a cost
for ISBNs, though, and you have to pay when you revise, and send a copy of
the newly revised product.

You can get it available for library order either way, the ISBN is closer to
a standard practice.
