Their site appears to be having problems now (and they appear to be 
running Debian hehe. I looked through the logo usage request emails I've 
received as well as those in the ticketing system and since I've been 
doing the logo requests they haven't requested and thus not been approved.

 From here though I don't know how to proceed?
