Lets pretend for a second he said instead he was an old granny, there's
no excuse as to why someone should need to edit the xorg.conf, the
system-display-conf is there for a reason. If it didn't work as
intended, his point is perfectly valid.
(Though it shouldn't take him more than a pair of minutes to tweak a
string... ;) )
