Push Poll asking some odd questions about Red Hat

Are you kidding me?

Who would benefit more from a push poll implying that Red Hat violates 
Microsoft patents -- Red Hat or Microsoft?

IANAL, and I can't speak for the company from a legal perspective -- but 
come on.  This one is common sense.
