Teams are just individuals working along with others. If you propose 
mockups and I provide feedback, then we are a team. Nothing fancy about 
that.

The difference of course is that quaid went ahead and did something 
about it so I understand his ideas very well.

But so who decides what should be in the website?, why is

You might want to talk to Ricky and get his thoughts on that and offer 
to help.  He is the contact point you want.
