Is that like a mission statements or list of objectives? Do you have 
anything in mind?

The general purpose of our website would be primarily for end users:

A overview
Place to download the distribution. What architectures? What methods to 
download? What's the differences between them and which one is right for me?
Help and documentation
Communicate with others users
