No, for 2 reasons:
1) Database indices should take care of versions/bugs no one cares
about.
2) Older bugs may contain tribal knowledge. (Yes, it *should* be
collected. Not it.)

It's meant to be a generic starting page. It may be worth it to come up
with a more specific search.fp.o.
