Status of the picture book

Yup, Spot and I are keeping after Legal -- they are working on a
number of issues for us and this is but one of them.  This shouldn't
need to be a blocker on most of the project, but I definitely
understand that until we have these forms we may be at a standstill
for the actual pictorial content.
