Picture book + Lightning Source

(First off I want to thank everybody for helping the process to opening
up image submissions go smoothly :) We have a couple of entries on the
submission talk page that people would like to see if there is interest
for those photos in the book. Go make comments on the talk page:

I've started the account registration process with Lightning Source
(LSI). They sent along this file that will be necessary to read for
information regarding our book.

If you'll be helping with the design or layout of the book please give
that a read. We don't need to worry about it too much now but it's a
good idea to keep it in the back of your mind when doing mockups or
looking at photos.
