A report on Fedora 12

Hey

I am the editor of the CentOS newsletter and I would like to publish
an article on Fedora 12, as this is what we will end up with in a few
years :)

Is someone interested in writing just a brief overview and some mayor
points. Do you have something prewritten I can modify.
