The new FWN -- old list or new list?

To recap:

- We decided to replace FWN with an update newsletter of highlights from 
things that are posted to the new Fedora Magazine.

- Fedora Weekly News is sent to fedora-announce-list.


Question:

Should we continue to send this update to fedora-announce-list, or 
should Fedora Magazine have its own subscriber list? Is there a subset 
of people who might be interested in the Fedora Magazine updates who 
wouldn't be interested in being on fedora-announce-list?
