I never said that Red Hat stack the board with Red Hat people the 
question was which you btw have still not answered is why does Red Hat 
feel the need to appoint four members on the board.

Let me try to rephrase this so you better understand what I'm getting at...

Why does Red Hat reserve four seats on the board for itself to appoint 
to whomever it chooses?

What gives Red Hat the right to do so against the community?
