Fedora Magazine license

I know Fedora Magazine is still in the design/implementation phase, so
maybe content was not yet discussed, but may I safely assume it will
be published with something like a CC license?

I am asking because the Italian community wanted to publish a magazine
but is currently lacking regular contributors so having some material
we could translate and use would be a great help.
