fedora magazine: (minor) use libravatar.org instead of gravatar

I agree we should be using what Fedora uses in other apps that way we provide a single image across the apps

Looks like the magazine site is using Gravatar instead of Libravatar. We use
the latter for a lot of other things in Fedora. Not a huge deal but it would
be nice to be consistent. What do you all think?
