fedora magazine copyright/license

Right now, Fedora Magazine content says "Copyright Fedora Magazine. All
Rights Reserved" at the bottom. Is "Fedora Magazine" an entity which can
actually hold copyrights?

I think we should change this to something more like the copyright notice at
the bottom of the wiki --
