Heh, I think we're saying the same thing, I just didn't write clearly
enough.  What I meant was, the notes Christian and I and the rest of
the WG have been collaborating on lately are the longer notes.  The
shorter notes are at the wiki page above, and distinct from those
longer notes.  I believe the longer notes we've been working on are
for GA only.
