This is kind of picky, but... can we convert from mediawikito
either something either just plain text or more like markdown? I find the
subheadings with different numbers of equal signs really hard to comprehend.

  pandoc --reference-links -f mediawiki -t plain

does okay, but it's kind of too bad that you can't set --base-header-level=0
(because 'plain' only does two levels and one is wasted on the title.)
