[Magazine] Comment intro?

I saw this introductory block to comments recently:

I liked the way it was phrased -- direct but cordial -- and thought it
might be a good way to set expectations with commenters on the blog.
We do sometimes have to delete overly negative comments, as well as
take care of spam.  I don't think this block would deter most
spammers, but it also can't hurt.  I was thinking this would be a good
thing to add to our comment form.
