I was able to publish articles before new workflow. Still do i have same
rights?  I am also not able to view above article.

Internationalization and Localization topics are very important domain in
APAC. We do have couple of topics and one workshop for same. Good to
mention Internationalization and Localization or may be simply
Globalization will work :)
