You'll need to be made an author, I guess. Ryan and Chris were working
with a new permissions model and I'm not sure how that works. I
*thought* it should be so anyone could now at least start an article
in the "pitch" state. I also now seem to not have the privledges to
change _other people's_ level anymore, so I guess we'll wait for
someone who does.
