last minute review of release announcement?

Hi Matthew,

I like it it covers the highlights of each of the releases. The only thing that looks out of place is the Fedora 22 graphic at the bottom. If it was me I would move that to the top, that way it captures the readers attention and then they keep on reading.

Thanks especially to Joe Brockmeier for writing some of the best bits
here. A lot of the rest is cobbled together from the F22 talking points
and beta announcements.

It seems pretty good, but maybe a little bit too... releasenotesy. Any
last minute adjustments or feedback?
