just realize there is a small error in the article.

cp 
/usr/share/vagrant/gems/doc/vagrant-libvirt-0.0.24/polkit/10-vagrant-libvirt.rules 
/usr/share/polkit-1/rules.d/

should be

cp 
/usr/share/vagrant/gems/doc/vagrant-libvirt-0.0.26/polkit/10-vagrant-libvirt.rules 
/usr/share/polkit-1/rules.d/

It seems that once I send it to review, I can't fix it.
