Fedora Planet moved to CommBlog, publication date?

Hi all,

As discussed at the Magazine meeting tonight, the Fedora Planet article 
was migrated to the Community Blog.

     https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org/around-world-fedora-planet/

I believe it's fairly feature-complete as-is, and if nobody has any 
objectives, I'd like to schedule it for Wednesday, 2015 Nov 18 at 8:00 UTC.
