Magazine pitch

Hi Josef,

We love the idea for the Developers Portal article and will be happy
to publish it in the Fedora Magazine.  Can you tell us when the site
will actually go live?  It doesn't look like it's up yet.

This way we can plan for the review/publishing timeline.  Thanks in
