q: integrate communityblog.fpo into start.fpo along with magazine?

I'm also of the same opinion as Robert - I think that the CommBlog is 
better targeted towards contributors and members of the Project. 
start.fpo has a wider audience of users, and it may cause some readers 
to tune out if it's not content that interests them.
